Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. It is common to warm up prior to the workout. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
